Matchmaking websites for Malays?

I've a good friend who has emerged from a painful divorce for a couple of years now and she's finding it difficult to meet someone again.





Part of the reason is because her job doesn't allow her to meet more people. Even if she finally meets men whom she can connect with, the men find it hard to accept her past and her children. By the way, she has two kids. She's hoping to meet more male friends but she doesn't know where to start searching. I suggested matchmaking websites but they were mainly for Americans and English singles. I believe she wants a practising Muslim whom she can connect with.





Can anyone give me appropriate advice? Decent advice, please.

There is Masjid Al-Falah' club @Bideford Rd (Nadi Ummah Al-Falah) or NUAF.. You have to be a member, there is a little pool of single bachelor in their 40s. Other means, maybe approaching an ustaz about your friend's wishes to get married would help. Ustaz Azmi would be good, i believe. I don't know whether he can help or not but he seems like a good and helpful community ustaz.





In the end, its her effort %26amp; perseverance to find a good partner that will help her. Allah will help those who help themselves.


Be honest right from the start so the men could expect some added responsibilities and time to sink in fact.

Reply:As someone who shares the same mother tongue as her, i know what you mean, however things will not be any different even if we have thousand of malay matchmaking websites around. In fact, you never know it may turn out to be worse, you know what i mean? Besides, most malay guys get turned off by married women, especially if they have children. Don't worry about her, she will meet someone else if its fated.

Halo 3 matchmaking and lagging!?

when i start matchmaking, its says something about my NAT and that matchmaking will be slow.

i've been having numerous games that have been "lagging" or not working. i will be walking, then reappear somewhere completely different. Or i'll be walking and then just fall down...somebody tell me how to fix this.





i've got a wireless connector on the back of my xbox that costs a $100. the guy at circuit city told me that once i bought that, that i shouldn't have any problems with my connection, yet im having a miserable playing time!

Reply:Your NAT is based on your router, not the adapter on the back. Get into the settings of your router and you should be able to adjust the NAT.

Xbox Live Matchmaking?

Does anyone know if Xbox Live connects you with with people near you or does it connect to anyone who is using Xbox Live? In Halo 3 for instince during matchmaking does it find people that live near you or just anybody in the world that is also currently matchmaking? Thanks

Xbox Live Matchmaking?
Live connects you with your match(regardless of location), hence the name matchmaking. In halo 3 you have the option to select "prefer a good connection" which picks your match and keeps in mind that you want a good connection. If you play a ranked match it picks people close to your skill range, But if you play social, it is more of a random draw.

Reply:it tries to matchmake you with people who have the strongest people to you, so whether that is people next door or people who live half way across the world it doesn't matter.. it's whoever has the best connection.

Call of Duty 4 Matchmaking on Xbox Live?

The matchmaking screen takes FOR EVER TO LOAD team deathmatches, and sometimes does not even load a game. Is anyone else having the problem? I do not believe it is my internet...and xbox live seems to be up and running. what could the problem be? Usual errors include : "connection and network problem"...etc

We tried to match Horoscope with a matchmaking tool. Boy is nonmaglik. but in case of girl she coes out to be a manglik up to 5.45pm and after 5:46pm she is nonmanglik too. Girl timing is not known exactly. Score comes out to be 28/36. Its only the manglik that is a concern for us.


Also matchmaking tool tells that although girl is manglik , this would not cause any problems due to position of the planets . But we are worry abt that. Please let us know right opinion on this, keeping in mind that timing of girl is roughly known.

I really think Manglik is completely dumb. Everyone has a Mars in their chart. If 5 houses of 12 are considered Mangal Dosha, then there is a 41.67% chance that any individual (besides Leo and Aquarius) will be Mangal Dosha.





And don't get me started on all the silly ways to nullify the Mangal Dosha including such things like marrying a banana plant.





So if you are such a fundamental believer that Mangal Dosha has a malefic effect on marriage, how can one justify marrying a banana plant would make any difference?





I don't know even how such superstition got incorporated into Vedic Astrology...because the Vedas are very philosophical and very rational (in a spiritual way).

I would suggest not to worry about it. No matter what he/she are both young people whatever problems they have they will face togather as husband and wife. If you spend your time frating over the (Little?) thing you'll end up braking the marrage before it has a chanse to happen. Let it go and be happy there going to be a wedding
