how do i stop this, its starting to make me really pissed off
I keep lagging out of my Halo 3 matchmaking games?
Change the settings, instead of looking for a Equal Rank, look for a connection.
If it continues, reset your Network and modem.

Reply:it means either you or someone in the game has a horribel conection. usually people that are using wireless and are far away from their router.
Reply:the game is trying to save you from getting your butt kicked
